Simple, fair terms.

LockPay is a goal-based, accountability and social motivation platform. Users lock money into personal goals, fitness challenges, productivity commitments, and friend competitions — and unlock that money when they follow through. LockPay is not a gambling, sportsbook, or wagering service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LockPay and must comply with all applicable laws in your country, state, or region. By using LockPay you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the goals, commitments, and challenges you create or join. LockPay provides the platform — you choose the rules, the stakes, and the people involved.

LockPay is not responsible for personal agreements, disputes, or arrangements made between users outside of the platform's official challenge mechanics.

Payment processing, custody of funds, and payouts may be handled through trusted third-party financial providers. By using LockPay, you also agree to their applicable terms.

To keep LockPay safe and trustworthy, the following are not allowed:

• Fraud or manipulation of transactions, challenges, or payouts
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Illegal activity of any kind
• Creating fake accounts or misrepresenting your identity
• Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform

We may suspend or remove accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, or other prohibited activity in order to protect the LockPay community.

LockPay is an evolving product. We may update features, pricing, and these terms over time. When we make meaningful changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
